We handle every sculpture with the utmost care, utilizing specialized, reinforced packaging to ensure your artwork arrives safely and in pristine condition.

1. Order Processing Because many of our pieces undergo a final hand-polishing and a strict quality inspection before leaving our studio, please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be meticulously processed and securely packaged.

2. Estimated Delivery Time We prioritize the safety of your art above all else during transit. Once dispatched, you can expect your Standard Sculptures to be delivered within 7–10 business days.

3. Subsidized Shipping Rates We believe your investment should go toward the art, not the logistics. While international shipping for heavy decor is inherently costly, we proudly absorb the majority of these fees. You will only pay a small, subsidized flat rate, which is calculated based on the weight of your pieces at checkout.

4. Duties & Taxes Included We cover all applicable taxes and import duties for you. The price you see at checkout is your absolute final cost—we guarantee there will be no unexpected customs bills or hidden fees upon delivery.

5. 30-Day Guarantee If a piece does not bring the aesthetic balance you envisioned to your space, we offer a 30-day return window starting from the date of delivery.
