1. The 30-Day Window We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
2. Conditions for Return To ensure a smooth return process, we kindly request that your items meet the following criteria:

Condition: The piece must be unused, pristine, and in its original state.

Packaging: It must be repacked in its original protective packaging to ensure safe transit.

Bundles: Sets or bundled items must be returned together as a complete set.
3. Damaged or Defective Items Our pieces are crafted and packed with the utmost care. However, if your artwork arrives damaged in transit, please reach out to us immediately at cs@decoava.com.

What to include: Your order number and clear photos of both the damaged item and the external packaging.

Our Promise: We will swiftly arrange a seamless replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
4. Change of Mind Because our decor pieces and sculptures feature solid construction and significant weight, return shipping costs for "change of mind" returns are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Promotional & Sale Items Items purchased during sales or with discount codes are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for a refund. However, they remain fully covered by our Quality Guarantee and will be replaced or refunded if they arrive damaged.
6. Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account.
